Exchange Only, No Refund

We only accept exchange of any unwrapped and unused merchandise in the same condition as it was received, accompanied by an original sales receipt and the orginal package(if any).
They must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and it will be exchanged with the item of same value(if you would like to exchange with higher value item, addition charge must be paid. Contact us for detail).

Any defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item.

Customer requesting exchange must email us ahead. (Include product name, reason for exchange, your name, and billing address)

Requesting an exchange after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
